    Just finished reading. Keto Instant Pot Cook Book, and I instantly started practicing what it told me. I loved it that it not only taught me the benefits and theory of keto diet, but it also included a variety of recipes which I have already made some! After trying some of the recipes I felt better, and can actually get used to doing this diet. Again there are a variety of recipes so you can always change things up, and keep it exciting.

    I like the Keto Diet and I bought this book to get more new Keto recipes. This cookbook contains all the recipes that can be cooked in the pressure cooker and are ketogenic as well. The author also discusses the details about the Ketogenic Diet and the speciality of the Instant Pot in this book. In this cookbook, I found breakfast recipes, seafood recipes, vegetarian recipes, poultry and dessert recipes. All these recipes are very detailed, easy to follow , with full nutritional information. All my family likes the dishes after these recipes even though they are not following this programm. I liked this book and I’m glad to add it to my Keto recipes collection. I recommend this cookbook for those who are interested in the Keto Diet and want to be fit and healthy.

    There is a lot I like about this book. I have heard of the Keto Diet and have been interested in learning more. This book offers a really nice breakdown of what it is and also all the benefits of following it. The explanations are clear, concise, and informative. The idea of the Pressure cooker recipes is great because it takes into account trying to be healthy while also having a busy life. Unlike some recipe diet books that seem to expect you to have tons of time and ingredients, all the recipes in this book are simple, healthy, and delicious. The variety in recipes is also great to ensure that you have lots of choices of what to eat for each meal. I have already tried several and loved them and look forward to making lots more! I really enjoy this book and would definitely recommend it if you are interested in the Keto Diet.
