    I am on day 13 of the Master Cleanse and don’t know when I’ll stop! For over three years I have tried everything to lose weight. At 51 years old I was about to give up but have been miserable with the way I look and the way I feel. I was always tired, needed to nap almost every day. My hairdresser was on the cleanse during our last visit, I went directly from our appointment to buy the ingredients and got the book online. Since then I have lost 10 lbs, have more energy than ever and feel fantastic. My sister asked if I was using new make up because my skin looked beautiful she is now on day three!!!

    I first read the book. I took notes and picked a 15 day span that was planned out for me to have no Brunch, Lunch or DINNER plans. I followed the directions exactly as they were laid out in the book and I dropped 15lbs. Not even close to the average for a woman. On day 1: I was tired and a bit weak. but was ready for the challenge. Day 2: was okay and I was enjoying the lemonade and not having to worry about what to cook or eat. Day 3-5 I had this amazing amount of energy and was able to go running at the gym. (I was motivated by the scale to be honest)

    Days 7-10 were a breeze, my clothes were feeling loose and my body felt incredibly light.

    Temptation to eat food and cheat on the cleanse is there, but having a great support system is the key. My Boss and co-workers also did the cleanse (7 of us total) only 3 of us completed the 10 day cleanse. I took it further by following the criteria for after the cleanse. Eating Broth, raw veggies, and fruits.

    I would definitely do this cleanse again.
