Very interesting way to look at loosing weight. I plan to try it. A little disappointed that it doesn’t give calorie count limit or food measurements that you should stick to but understand the theory that every person is different so there isn’t one perfect number for everyone. It would be good to have a starting point though as it is repeated throughout the book that you have to measure every single thing you plan to eat. I suppose you have to pay for one of the support programs to get that insight. Still plan to try it though and see where I get with my idea of a proper serving size. (Although that might be why I need to loose weight to begin with) The book tells you to go to the resource site, to get a food list, but the resource page only has items to sell. As I said I plan to try this because it makes sense but I wish this book had given just a few more details. But, I understand Cristy can’t put all her knowledge in a book, otherwise no one would pay for the programs she offers.

Unfortunately I returned this book. There are no actual diet, recipe, or menu ideas anywhere in it. It is mainly a book of weight loss success stories and motivationals with very repetitive prose. When diet modification are mentioned, it’s essentially Atkins adding carrots, less cheese, and drinking a bunch of water. There isn’t a meal plan anywhere, and while it promotes constant metricizing of food (weigh it all and record it), there is no guidance on exactly how much to eat of anything. Definitely not a cookbook.
