    I have used this cookbook for over two years. I find myself using it continuously. What impresses me the most is the complexity of texture and flavor. It is hard for me to eat a meal without starches. I however, and more a man who cooks the meat and vegetables, and adds my own sauce and chows down. I find that a little attention to cooking and what works opens vast areas that cook books don’t provide. I guess it seems a pretty slow process to read a cook book and follow a recipe. I’d rather explore myself. I recommend you to read this book………

    This book is revolutionizing my life. I am so excited to really dig into this amazing cookbook like this. The book came as promised. I was in great condition.
