     I enjoyed reading this book because it’s all about ‘diet’ or should I say healthy lifestyle?  The book explained what the ‘Mediterranean diet’ is, a brief history of this diet/lifestyle. It’s very well presented and easy to understand. The Mediterranean Diet is another way of providing you and your family with some amazing dishes that are not only good for you, but taste great as well. I must say I’m impressed with the healthiness of these Mediterranean meals. And I appreciated that the author provided delicious and healthy recipes. The recipes are easy to make, yet sophisticated with robust flavors. I love the salads and petite snacks that provide the ideal pick-me-up during my busy days. In addition, I also appreciated that the author included the Sugar detox book. Highly recommended book to anyone who wants to be healthier and change their lifestyle.

    To be on a diet is to change your life style, changing habits and becoming a new person. With this Mediterranean way of life you couldn’t be disappointed, especially if you read this book. The basis of the Mediterranean diet are well researched and presented, the recipes are quick and easy, also Gina knows how to motivate her audience to try, as I said before, a new lifestyle; she invites you to try this diet by showing you the benefits of it, which makes you feel more secure taking a decision to switch to this diet. The main feedback I have though is that the book could have finished with even more of a conclusion, however extraordinary food, super delicious and critically HEART HEALTHY. It merits each star given!!!To be on a diet is to change your life style, changing habits and becoming a new person.     The recipes in this book sound amazing. I have only made a few of the recipes, but what I have made has been so good. I love oatmeal so I tried the Cinnamon Quinoa with Pistachios, Pomegranate and Dried Apples. It was incredibly delicious, better than oatmeal! Tasted so fresh and delicious. Gyros are obviously the best Greek Sandwich in the world and the recipes for the Mediterranean Chicken Gyros was a dream! So, so, good! We had a party for New Year’s Eve and I served some Avocado and Tuna Tapas and they didn’t last long! They were absolutely exquisite. The last thing I have tried was the Greek Salmon Burgers with Panko and Feta. They were so crispy and flavorful. This is one that I will definitely be making and eating plenty of. I am looking forward to making even more of the dishes in this cookbook, as I have already had so much success with what I have tried.
