    I admit that I eat a fair amount of carbs throughout the day. Carbs are perhaps my biggest guilty pleasure, especially chips and pastries. I’m not overweight, but I do have an ideal body that I am destined to embody, which involves a strict diet and exercise plan. A personal trainer told me that to get to 8% body fat and 135lbs will require that I eat less carbs during dinner, which has been a challenge. The book mentions substituting unhealthy food with some healthier activity. So, when I get the urge to eat chip – for instance – I can affirm to myself that nothing tastes as good as fit feels. As simple and obvious as substitution sounds, it’s a matter of follow through. I hear myself saying, yea I know this – but I know that I must have a healthier body. I can’t wait to move back one and try some the oven dishes. My apartment doesn’t have an oven. The chicken continental sounds amazing. This bundle has more than enough recipes to cater to all tastes, it seems. To diet, I am definitely about preserving delectable flavors as much as possible and these recipes are a great catch.

    It’s a great book I found about low carb diet. Before this, I tried a few other low carb diet books but this book is different from them. That’s why I am giving it a 5 star review. The book has a variety of foods with low carbs and has easy to make recipes in it. Ingredients used in the recipes can be easily available at your home; you don’t need to go out of your way to buy a bunch of specialty foods and ingredients for that. It’s more than a cookbook, and it worth’s more than 99 cents. I loved the recipes given in the book and images used are also very clear and attractive. It will make your mouth water and you cannot stop yourself to eat that recipe. Looking forward to try all of the recipes given in this book. It is also loaded with tons of interesting and tasty low carb recipes. A must recommended cookbook for low carb diet recipes.
