    The book is basically a recipe book when it gives recipes for things like Sweet Potato Waffles and Maple Syrup which is by most standards is not a diet item, none of the recipes given any serving sizes, any calorie information nor any other food information such as how many carbs, fats, etc. It also can be returned til Jan 31, 2019 but actually just gives you an option to exchange it for something else or that you have returned it within 7 days. I ended up in the hospital and by the time I got home the seven days were up…..so I got scammed….

    A lot of information was learned about cooking. In this book there are good recipes, for every day. I have tried many diets over the years. Dash diet is one that I do not like to think of as a diet. It is more a lifestyle change. I get to eat lots of yummy foods, and this cookbook helped me along the way. I was very backwards in my flavoring. Often resorting to butter, and salt. After just a few of these recipes I was able to use what I learned, and update my favorites into healthier alternatives. This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short book. Creator completed a phenomenal activity. I’ll most likely prescribe this book to my loved ones. I really appreciate this book. Thanks to creator.
