    Nice read with a lot of important info, February 10, 2015

    I enjoyed reading the book especially that it has a lot of pictures. Even thought I don’t have kids yet I was able to understand and sink in the importance of good nutrition for kids. A toddler’s diet is different from a 7 year old kid. I like how informative the book is.

    The book seeks to reach a small, well-defined niche market. His target audience is anyone who is responsible for or involved in the proper care and nutrition of toddlers and young children. How well has he met the needs of this niche? Here, he provides a very informative book that elevates one’s knowledge away from a general, basic understanding of hunger and the need to eat in order to survive to a more rational, reflective, informed knowledge base. If you ae genuinely concerned about refreshing or revisiting this essential knowledge base, this book will serve its purpose, the provision of information, quite nicely. I recommend it highly, as I could find no flaws in the information the book contains.
